ABOUT THE DESK

About Limitdesk and Our Sources

A small, independent resource for the moment your Codex work gets interrupted.

REVIEWED SEPTEMBER 20, 2026 · INDEPENDENT GUIDE

What this desk does

Limitdesk puts Tibo’s Codex reset announcements first, explains their scope and source status, and helps you choose the next useful step. A personal countdown lets you track the recovery time shown in your own account. The site is free to use and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenAI.

Our source hierarchy

  1. Your own account: the best source for your remaining allowance, recovery time, available credits, and reset cards.
  2. Official documentation: the reference for usage rules and supported ways to check them.
  3. Original announcements: the reference for an announced reset's scope and timing.

The automatic feed checks Tibo’s public profile and verifies captured posts with FxTwitter every five minutes. It shows recent original text, the last source check, and delayed or failed checks. Coverage is limited: posts and replies may be missing. AI interpretation is not enabled. The separate historical cards and guides remain dated, manually reviewed records.

How we handle possible hints

A possible hint is published as an unconfirmed signal, separately from recorded reset announcements. Its probability is a dated editorial estimate, not an official forecast. Signal outcomes are reviewed manually; an expired forecast window does not mean a reset happened.

What a countdown means

You provide the time. Limitdesk calculates the remaining interval on your device. It cannot read your account, grant credits, apply a reset card, or verify that a reset has reached you. When the timer ends, check your account before relying on the available allowance.

When information differs

Follow the current official guidance and your account. Limitdesk may lag behind a rule change. For account-specific questions or unresolved errors, contact OpenAI Help.

Advertising and independence

There are currently no display ads or paid recommendations on Limitdesk. If sponsorships are introduced, paid placements will be labeled. A sponsor's payment will not determine the recovery instructions or override official information.
